Es semana de matriculas en la Universidad, así que como buena niña reuní a regañadientes el dinero (que mira que este año me costó lo mío) tanto, que me pase casi diez días del plazo mínimo, pero que queréis que os diga yo no tengo un árbol de dinero en el balcón, así que si la Universidad tiene que esperar: pues que espere; el caso es que por fin sale el dinero el martes y me planto en el Banco Santander tempranito para que no me riñeran tanto... como bien sabéis los que acuden a la mayoría de los bancos, han puesto las dichosas puertas ¿inteligentes? esas que te dicen que pongas tus objetos en los casilleros del lado, casilleros que sobra decir, siempre son muy pequeños.

Paso menos de dos minutos en el Banco, con la subsiguiente angustia de que no me recibieran el dinero de la matricula, luego caí en cuenta de que un Banco jamás te dirá que no te recibe tu dinero, así que me tranquilice un poco; me cogí mi factura y tan contenta le di al botón de salida de la dichosa puerta de seguridad, espere a que el Enterprise cerrara la puerta a mi espalda y abriera la que tenia en frente, pero cual es mi sorpresa cuando la misma voz del más allá, que antes me indicaba que dejara mis objetos metálicos me informaba que el sistema se estaba reiniciando remotamente, miro con horror hacia dentro del Banco y los chicos de la caja no sabían ni que decirme, había un hombre de unos 90 años que me miraba angustiado y no hacia más que gritar que me sacaran de ahí, yo, por mi parte me sentía como Nemo en la pecera de la consulta del dentista, sólo atinaba a preguntar cuanto tiempo tardaría el reinicio en "reiniciarse", os diré cuanto: 17 minutazos, que parecen pocos pero de poco nada, mientras tanto por supuesto nadie podía entrar o salir del Banco, al final me senté y espere pacientemente no podía hacer más, por supuesto he puesto una reclamación, pero sé que no prosperará, lo que me lleva a la conclusión: de que si existe la reencarnación, en otra vida yo tuve que ser una amargada porque por supuesto en esta vida he tenido que aprender a reír a las malas....

¿¿Porque me pasan todas estas cosas a mi? será como dice Adriana: para darme material para el blog.... pues mira, casi prefiero no tener que escribir, a unos porque el Banco los desahucia y a otros porque nos secuestra... en fin.

Ahora que estoy en casa de mi madre puedo disfrutar de entre otras múltiples cosas uno de mis placeres culposos más grandes que tengo, si esto fuera un salón con sillas ubicadas en círculos diría algo como esto: Hola soy Angie y soy teleadicta.... uf que a gusto me he quedado.

En casa no tengo todos los canales Discovery que me gustaría, en concreto no tengo el Discovery Home and Health que es un canal que me encanta, es como un "Divinity" pero en bueno, así que como mí madre si que lo tiene, pues aprovecho los minutos que estoy en casa para ver alguno que otro programa, en este casi un mes me he enganchado a "The Biggest Loser" y otros cuantos, pero lo que vi ayer me dejo en shock, resulta que el canal que os cuento tiene un programa que se llama "princesitas", en TEORÍA, te lo venden como un documental, pero documental mis polainas, son un grupo de padres, quisiera decir madres pero no señores son familias enteras que un buen día se dieron cuenta que la Barbie articulada no molaba tanto y decidieron peinar y maquillar a sus bebes para inscribirlos en concursos de belleza, pero por favor, ¿no nos habían dicho siempre que todos los niños son bonitos?, no entiendo el afán de la gente por los concursos de belleza, vale, si te metes por gusto pues tú misma, pero no me vayan a decir que una nena de 8 meses se levantó una mañana, se subió a su carriola y se inscribió ella solita en estas tonterías, mirad no mas la niña de la primer foto, como se lo pasa "pipa".

De por si ya me parece atroz el asunto del concurso en sí, pero es que además incluye maquillaje, extensiones, pestañas postizas, y cuanta tontería se les ocurra, y además claro que si, la dichosa muestra de talento, me pregunto cúal puede ser el talento de una nena de 8 meses ¿sujetar la cabeza?, así que estaba yo con todo mi voyerismo televisivo cuando sale una madrepollas, mezcla perfecta entre madre y gilipollas poniéndole a su niña de 4 años tetas y culo de relleno para que pudiera parecerse a Dolly Partton que es bien reconocida por sus prominencias tanto delanteras como traseras, os dejo una foto.

Pero que se pensaba la madre... en primer lugar si es un concurso de belleza INFANTIL, no deberían ir las niñas vestidas no se... ¿COMO NIÑAS?.

Entrevistan a la madre y ella como si nada va soltando que le parecía de lo más normal, porque además aportaba realismo y que deberían darle puntos extra por originalidad y porque era "hilarante", pues si hija, hilarante es que tengas una hija, lo peor es que la niña también aclaraba la importancia de ser la niña más bonita del lugar, pero por favor, palabras de su madre puestas en su boca, lo peor es que la niña es preciosa así, siendo niña, no entiendo ese afán que tiene la gente de agrandar a los niños a las malas, yo tuve una infancia con todas las letras y tan contenta que estoy, pero ahora hay que salir del vientre si se puede ya con trabajo.

Yo comprendo que las madres querrán lo mejor para sus hijos, pero que puede aportar este tipo de presión desde tan pequeños, todos los extremos son malos, tanto el padre que pasa de su hijo como el que en un afán de que el niño tenga todas las experiencias positivas que pueda lo inscribe en cuanta tontería existe, conozco niños que con menos de 10 años van a clases de piano, de idiomas, uno o dos deportes, montan a caballo, teatro y un largo etcétera, niños que están agotados y que hace muchísimo tiempo dejaron de ser niños, yo me subía a los arboles y nunca me pasó nada, jugaba a la tienda con cosas que pedía "prestadas" de casa de la abuela y preparábamos ¿comidas? mezclando un montón de ingredientes que nos gustaban pero que no por eso tenían que combinar bien, aun así: ¡estoy viva!.

Si algo recuerdo de mi infancia, fue que se me permitió ser niña aun en medio de primos y más primos, unas veces jugábamos al fútbol y otras pues a las casitas, jamás me vistieron como vieja porque eso es otra cosa, en donde van las madres vistiendo a sus niñas con ropa de mayor pero en pequeño, habéis visto a las niñas con tacones... para mi desgracia he tenido el horror de ver algunas, que no solo los heelarious que ya de por si son horrorosos sino de tacón de verdad, muy al estilo de Suri Cruise de quien ya paso olímpicamente de hablar, pero aquí os dejo una foto de los Heelarios.

Lo que yo espero es que cuando tenga una niña, si es que cae niña, pues pueda ser eso: NIÑA... a que son más guapas y se ven más felices.

Mucho se ha hablado de los amigos con derecho a roce, me imagino que será debido a la inundación "americanadas" en cartelera, de las cuales seguramente me veré todas, anda si no soy sensiblera y me como cuanta comedia romántica se inventen, en concreto la de Justin Timberlake espero vérmela en cuanto regrese a casa ya que aquí no se ha estrenado todavía, aunque no veo en que me va a sorprender, el argumento sera el de siempre: amigos solteros que se encuentran en una buena etapa de su vida pero que por lo que sea no tienen o no quieren tener pareja así que ven en el sexo sin ¿sentimientos? la opción mas facilona.... umm hasta ahí y en teoría todo muy fácil, pero es que la linea entre el roce y el cariño es muy delgada, os lo digo yo.

Tengo un muy buen amigo desde hace casi seis años, un amigo que ha estado ahí en cada paso de mi camino por las Españas y al que jamas había visto como nada más que eso: como amigo, es un chico divertidisimo aunque un poco callado, que aparece cada vez que lo necesito y que pide ayuda cada vez que me necesita, pero que siempre me deja mi espacio, que "se me pierde" durante semanas pero que luego aparece y retomamos la amistad justo donde la habíamos dejado, un chico que me ha visto sufrir por amor y reír por amor y ha estado a la altura todas las ocasiones, vamos el amigo 10, que además es chico y para mi siempre me ha sido mas fácil relacionarme con chicos que con chicas, todo se deberá seguramente a que soy la única mujer entre tres hermanos, fui la única chica entre demasiados primos, para hacerlo sencillo diré, que el reinado me duró casi doce años hasta que nació otra chica en mi familia, así que aprendí a tratar con chicos y sólo con chicos, puedo decir que juego al futbol como una campeona, armaba cochecitos de balines y manejo las herramientas de casa como la que más, para no ir mas lejos diré que en casi todas mis antiguas relaciones el "manitas" siempre era yo, estoy por creer que descubrí que era mujer cuando me salieron las tetas y aun así creo que no estaba muy segura...

Con mi reciente (y todavía en proceso) perdida de peso, me he dado cuenta en realidad que soy una mujer, se que suena tonto, pero ahora que puedo comprar ropa que no me haga ver como un fantasma he descubierto y al parecer han descubierto que soy guapa, el caso es que hace un par de meses he dejado de ver a mi amigo como colega, aun cuando sigo sin verlo como potencial "lo que sea", me costó no lo negare hubo un momento en que me perdí entre los besos y los abrazos y espere algo más, me imagino que es inherente en muchas de las mujeres buscar potenciales relaciones; antes de empezar esta entrada me estuve documentando en otros blogs para hacer un pequeño meta-análisis del tema en cuestión, y hay muchísimas cosas con las que difiero: entre otras cosas encontré un dichoso contrato de follamigos (término que tampoco me gusta, el mío es un amigo con el que casualmente me acuesto) el término follamigo me parece un poco peyorativo que queréis que os diga, no sé, cuando lo escucho me da la impresión que es un tío de usar y tirar y como que no, en primer lugar porque en ese caso yo seria también una tía de usar y tirar algo a lo que me niego por supuesto, por otro lado al parecer con el follamigo en cuestión no se puede quedar para otra cosa que no sea sexo, en cuyo caso: ¿en donde se combina la palabra amigo?, llamadas, correos, mensajes, no están permitidos, que pase la noche en tu casa es al parecer sacrílego todo me parece una gilipollez.

Con el amigo con el que me acuesto, soy eso AMIGA, y no pretendo dejar de serlo solo porque nos acostemos de pascuas a ramos, vaaale un "mucho" más seguido que de pascuas a ramos, pero no comprendo porque mi amigo debería dejar de ser mi amigo porque pasa muchas noches en mi casa, o porque deberíamos dejar de ir de compras juntos, enseñarle a cocinar o contestarle los correos, reírme con sus chistes por sms y contarle mis múltiples chorradas diarias, porque este chico es un santo, imaginaros: si mis entradas del blog son largas, haceros una idea de todo el parloteo que tiene que escuchar cada vez que hablamos o quedamos, con los años he logrado que el también hable considerablemente más pero aun así el parloteo lo domino yo, en estos días alejada de las Españas me ha hecho muchísima ilusión su correo diario contándome sus batallitas y las mismas chorradas que me suele contar cuando estoy en casa, el caso es que yo considero que un follamigo es un rollo y como que no es lo que tengo ni lo que quiero tener con el chico en cuestión al que llamaremos por decir algo... Thor, si señoras como el Dios Mitológico del enorme martillo, umm no tiene que ver pero pondré una imagen de Chris Hemsworth (que está, como un queso, mira la suerte que tiene la Pataky, tan pequeñita y con ese buenón) que aunque no se le parece al mio me da esa misma sensación de protección y al verlo junto a la Natalie Portman creo que así nos veremos mi Thor personal y yo, él gigantón, y yo: su llavero, no le llego ni al hombro y eso me encanta, como me caen de bien los tíos altos, sera porque los opuestos se atraen ya que casualmente suelo gustar a los tíos altos.

La cuestión es: vosotros creéis que se puede tener un amigo con el que os acostáis y poder seguirle llamando amigo, o entonces hay que enamorarse perdidamente, ¿no es más fácil acostarse con quien ya conoces, te conoce y tienes cariño que con un desconocido que ves en un bar?, o por otro lado: ¿la cama mata la amistad?, y si es así: ¿que es mejor?: un amigo que folla como los Dioses y que te respeta pero que puede llevar a confusión, o un desconocido que puede que folle normalito pero con el que todo seria más fácil aun así creo que todo es cuestión de hablarlo, ahora que estoy en casa he podido volver a leer mis libros de Ángela Botero Lopez, poeta Colombiana con la que inicio este post, creo que otros dos de sus pensamientos podrían expresar lo que pienso.

Como bien sabéis después de años y años de no ver a los míos, este año decidí que alistaba la maleta y me venia a mi casa, me dedique semanas a hacer turnos y turnos y más millones de turnos para pasar de 12 días libres a 32, porque si te vas a cruzar el mundo, pues como que 12 días son pocos.

Al final el jueves pasado y después de una horrible semana de tramites, turnos subrealistas y por supuesto inundación en mi piso con su consecuente explosión de caldera... todo lo os contare seguro en el próximo post, estaba lista para subirme al avión que tras unas "llevaderas" 13 horas de vuelo me traerían a casa, como siempre no podría imaginar lo que vendría.

Empezaré diciendo que ya que la aerolínea en la que viajaba me permitía llevar dos maletas de 23 kilos cada una y una de mano de 10 kilos, pues me lo tome muy literal y efectivamente tenia tres maletazas que sumadas a mi bolso era demasiado para mis 1.52cms de estatura, lo bueno es que tuve la suerte de que un alma buena se apiado de mi y ya que estaba de vacaciones pues me acerco al aeropuerto, aprovecho una vez mas para agradecerle a este santo todo lo que hizo por mi días antes de mi viaje, se llevó mi plata a su casa cosa que me emociono muchisimo, no se, llamadme tonta pero que alguien con quien estas empezando a ¿salir? se acuerde de la planta y se la lleve a su casa para que no muera, y que se comprometa a revisarme el buzón y guardarme las cartas para que mis cosas estén bien cuidadas mientras yo no este, no se, como que me inclina la balanza al lado del posible.

Ahí estábamos en Barajas luchando con mis maletas mientras hacíamos la fila para dejarlas por fin en la aerolínea y librarnos de ellas, nos dio tiempo de hacernos un tour por todo Barajas mientras buscaba una sucursal de mi banco para poder ingresar algo de dinero, lista de mi, no se me ocurrió pensar que sin en mis Alcorcones era fiesta pues no iba a poder hacer nada, pero es que no había tiempo saliendo el día anterior a las diez y media de la noche del curro en Madrid, el caso es que por lo menos buscando el banco se nos paso el tiempo, al final mi acompañante se fue minutos antes de mi hora de entrada... no me sabia, no se me pasaba ni siquiera por la mente todo lo que iba a empezar.

Primero por supuesto el paso por el control de Barajas, había funcionarios que te informaban que tenias que sacar el portátil, el mp5, las tablets y todas las frikychorradas fuera de la maleta de mano, y que líquidos y aseochorradas en bolsas plásticas, yo como buena niña, eso fue exactamente lo que hice, me arme del poco valor que poseo y me dispuse a abrir la maleta de mano para sacar todas mis frikychorradas para poder meterlas en las bandejas que a mi me parecieron muy pequeñas, cuando por fin llego mi turno.

-Señora: vuelva a pasar, retírese pendientes, cinturón, pulseras y collares.

Paso nuevamente y piiiii.

- Señora olvide decirle: retírese también zapatos.

- ¿Los calcetines?.

- Esos NO.

Piiiiii

- Señora: retírese también calcetines y súbase un poco la camisa, sólo a nivel del cinturón.

Al final después de tres intentos logre pasar a recoger mis cosas, eso si con un pantalón que se me medio caía y andando descalza, luego el tio metiéndome prisa... primero me hace medio desnudar y luego me mete prisa, en fin... me recoloque ropa, zapatos y equipaje y para el puesto de sellado de pasaportes que me voy.

-Pasaporte.

- Tome.

- ¿Reside usted en España?.

- Si.

- ¿Lo hace usted legalmente?, permitame su documentación.

- Está dentro del pasaporte.

- Ah vale.

- Motivo de su viaje.

- Visita Familiar.

- Sabe que tiene su documento caducado y que de esta manera no puede volver a acceder a España, a menos que tenga la autorización de regreso.

- Lo se, la tengo.

- Bueno señora, haber si hay suerte y puede regresar.

- No creo que sea cuestión de suerte al tener la documentación en regla.

- Cuanto lleva residiendo en España, por el tiempo veo que tiene la posibilidad de acceder a la Nacionalidad.

- Uff no me lo recuerde que estoy de tramites hasta las cejas.

- Pues yo me lo plantearía porque no le aseguro su entrada al país.

Como ya había pasado por los dos controles me pues: pa´dentro... eso pensaba yo, no quería recordar lo grande que era Barajas, venga a caminar y caminar para encontrar la dichosa puerta QRS, al final encuentro el cartelito y era la conexión con el ¿metro? de Barajas, después de unos ocho minutos de trayecto salir del tren y empezar nuevamente a buscar la puerta perdida, en el camino, hasta me dieron ganas de hacer pis, hombre nos podían avisar y se lleva uno refrigerio pero nada.

Me subo al avión, y estaba lleniiiisimo lo que me hace pensar que me tarde un poco demasiado en llegar, me imagino que no debí haber entrado al servicio, pero una es de vejiga facil...

Ya en el avión:

Me dirijo a mi asiento en el que previamente había solicitado ventana y encuentro a uno sentado en MI sitio, así que con la sonrisa que me caracteriza se lo digo y ¿que me contesta el subnormal?.

- Haber llegado antes bonita, yo me quedo la ventana.

- Pues no BONITO, yo pedí y PAGUE por la ventana, esto no es el autobús, así que ya te estas moviendo.

- Pero que mas le da, un sitio es un sitio.

- Exacto...un sitio es un sitio y ese es el mio, así que...

- Pues tú de aquí no me vas a mover.

- No por supuesto yo no, pero el Auxiliar de vuelo si.

- Pero seras chivata.

- Y tú, tendrás morro.

- Bah, deja que ya me levanto.

- Y ya que te levantas... súbeme la maleta que yo no llego.

Durante el trayecto, venga a intentar ligar conmigo, pero vamos a ver: primero me tratas como el culo, te pasas un buen rato dándome codazos para poder poner tus brazacos en el reposabrazos, en el tuyo y en el mio, y luego tratando de ligar, pero es que lo peor no es eso, sino que escoges como frases bandera:

- Yo es que estoy muy trabajado de gimnasio.

- ¿Cuantos españoles te has comido? porque no parecen buenos.

- Tendrás por lo menos que agradecer que te ha tocado una buena vista en el vuelo y ademas la ventana.

Vamos un imbécil de estos que no tendrá abuela que le llame bonito y ha tenido que ponerse a diario frente al espejo a decirse solito lo mucho que se quiere, el caso es que le digo que no me apetecia charlar con el y que iba a aprovechar las 13 horas de vuelo para ponerme al día con las horas de sueño que las llevaba bastante descolocadas y el tío erre que erre, ni porque te hicieras la dormida lograbas que se callara, conclusión, 13 horas de vuelo y ni un minuto de sueño, cada vez que nos llevaban comida el hombre esperaba a que yo escogiera y pedía las bebidas para los dos diciendo: para mi chica y para mi bla bla bla... vamos un insufrible.

Por fin llegamos a Bogotá:

Todo bastante fluido, llegamos a nuestra hora y todo iba bastante bien, yo en mi maleta llevaba un arsenal de lentejas, aceite y productos ibéricos que me encantan para que mi madre los probara, así que después de pensarlo mucho durante el vuelo decidí declararlos no fuera que no lo hiciera y tuviera tan mala suerte me abrieran la maleta y me tocara pagar el doble; me puse entonces en la fila de inmigración para el control Colombiano (ya lo sé, la foto es del Reino Unido).

-Pasaporte.

- Tome.

-Señora este documento no parece real.

Al cuartito de los "malos" que me llevaron, el hombre le entrego mi documentación a otro que venga a pasarla por el scanner y a decirme que no era verdadero el pasaporte y que de paso mi Cédula (el DNI Colombiano) tampoco era valido, y yo venga a decirle una y otra vez que me los había hecho en el Consulado en Madrid mientras el hombre venga a decirme que tenia que haberlos sacado en la Registraduría Nacional.

- Ponga usted una en Madrid y yo los saco allí.

- Vamos a ver señora, que esto es una cosa muy seria, en estas condiciones no le puedo permitir la entrada a Colombia sin una documentación valida.

- Pero no esta usted viendo mi pasaporte y mi Cédula, no ve que están hechas en Madrid, por el Consulado, por supuesto que son validas.

- Ya señora, pero es que el Pasaporte cambio el año pasado y el suyo es una versión anterior.

- Ya, pero es una versión anterior que caduca en el 2019 y no pretendo cambiarlo mientras sea valido, ya cuando caduque o cuando le acabe las paginas lo cambiare.

- Claro señora es lo que tiene que hacer, en donde me dijo que se lo había hecho.

- En Madrid, como bien pone la primera pagina.

- Ahhh claro, los pasaportes de los Consulados suelen presentar estos problemas, pase, pase... la veo a usted muy tranquila para llevar aquí casi 20 minutos.

- A mi me enseñaron que el que nada debe nada teme. ¿Me puedo marchar?

- Ah, claro.

Luego ir a por las maletas, porque una cosa era en Barajas con ayudante personalizado, pero en Bogotá tenia que buscarlas y levantarlas yo solita, tuve suerte en encontrar un carro pronto y en que las maletas salieron de las primeras, así que me dirigí a la fila de Aduanas,

- ¿Son sus maletas?.

- Si.

- Me permite el ticket y su documentación.

- Ahí los tiene.

- Lleva usted mucho peso, no coinciden ademas todas las maletas.

- Ya, una se me rompió y tuve que comprar otra de ultima hora (nota mental: vamos que ahora explicar hasta eso).

- ¿Algo que declarar?.

-Si, tome.

- Ah esto... mire, yo no me voy a poner a buscar conversiones para esas cosas tan pequeñas, pase.

Y ya esta, al final cruce, la puerta y di un buen abrazo a mi madre y mi hermano que buena falta me hacia.

Conclusión:

Me dejan marchar de España, pero no me aseguran poder volver a entrar, mientras que en Colombia casi me niegan la entrada, así que mucha doble nacionalidad pero no me quieren en ninguno de MIS países, ya lo decía Facundo Cabral: ♫ No soy de aquí ni soy de allá ♫ pues eso, que me voy a montar mi propio país... con muebles de Ikea para que me salga mas barato, a que me compro una islita de esas y le pongo mi bandera, me hago fotos guay y hago sellos y monedas, pero eso si no dejo entrar agentes de inmigración a MI país.

En fin, pero ya estoy en casa de mi madre, asi que todo ha merecido la pena.

Si no os leo o me tardo un poco en actualizar o contestar comentarios, perdonadmelo por esta vez, que tengo mucho tiempo que recuperar con los míos, cuando vuelva a los Alcorcones en donde no me espera ninguno de los míos de sangre, aunque me esperan los míos de elección, ya me pondré al día con vuestros blogs.

Hace un par de semanas descubrí, gracias a los chicos de soygik este reto del tetris, ah claro si todos hemos sido auto-proclamados dioses del Tetris, en mi casa no había quien me ganara, al final lo podía hacer con un ojo cerrado y una mano atada a la espalda, ya no había reto ninguno, hasta que los chicos de soygik publicaron esta entrada, en fin... que me hice eco en ellos y me dispuse a hacer unos cuantos tableros ya que no han inventado tetris que pueda conmigo.... cuan equivocada estaba.

Este post bien podría empezar como muchas de las pelis de tarde de domingo: "La historia que leerán a continuación, es una historia real, los nombres han sido cambiados para proteger la intimidad de los personales", en fin, que es una historia real como la vida misma...

Todo ocurrió hace un tiempo, durante el transcurso de una tarde normal en la sala de Endoscopias:

Entra el paciente con esos aires de superioridad que se traen algunos, (bueno creo que de esos lo habremos visto en todos nuestros trabajos), le hacemos entrega de la bata para la prueba y le explicamos que tiene que desnudarse, colocarse la bata con la abertura para atrás y posteriormente tumbarse en la camilla para ponerle una vía y un poco de medicación para hacer el mal trago un poco mas llevadero, el hombre cumple su papel a las mil maravillas y cuando esta tumbado empezamos el interrogatorio de rigor:

- Miguel, ¿se ha tomado todos los sobres?.

- Dr bla bla bla, si me permite.

- Ah, es usted doctor: el caso es MIGUEL, ¿que si se ha tomado todos los sobres?.

- No, me he dejado algunos porque ya me parecían suficientes.

- ¿Cuantos son algunos?.

- Mire, me he tomado 9.

- Uf son un poco, pocos, a ver si esta bien preparado:¿ hizo bien la dieta?.

- Claro que hice bien la dieta, ya le dije que soy Doctor, un paréntesis para indicar algo que empecé a pensar la segunda vez que se refirió a si mismo como Doctor (éste seguro que tiene un doctorado, porque vamos a ver, todo médico que conozco y mira que conozco algunos en 11 años de experiencia profesional, un médico JAMAS se refiere a si mismo como Doctor, es más, a menos que sean médicos de familia, se suelen llamar a si mismos en base a sus especialidades, aclarado este punto: continuo).

En cuanto llego nuestra doctora, continuo con las preguntas, y en algún momento antes de iniciar la prueba, le dice el doctorcito, primero que todo le tengo que decir que me hacen esta prueba porque tengo un volvo en el intestino así que puede que sea una prueba especialmente dolorosa. La cara que se nos quedo no tiene precio...

-Un ¿que? pregunta nuestra médico.

- Un volvo.

- Será un vólvulo, porque lo del volvo no lo he oído en mi vida.

- No me diga Doctora que le voy a tener que explicar a usted que es un volvo.

- No, si un volvo se lo que es, pero le digo yo, que lo que usted tiene es seguramente un vólvulo intestinal.

- Lo dirá, usted: pero a mi me han diagnosticado hace poco y le digo que es un volvo.

- Vale, vamos a empezar con la prueba y en cuanto aparezca el "volvo" o el "vólvulo" ya miraremos como continuar.

Efectivamente a nivel de esplénico la colonoscopia empezó a hacerse imposible debido al vólvulo y a la mala preparación asi que se decidió reprogramarlo, hacerle una eco y derivarlo a cirugía para que se lo corrigieran quirúrgicamente.

En donde se queda nuestra cara de tontos, os explicaré:

Un vólvulo es una curvatura anormal del intestino sobre si mismo, en ocasiones se pliega y según el giro que haya provocado disminuye la luz del intestino y colapsa el sistema digestivo, como no permite el paso de heces suele terminar provocando una obstrucción intestinal que termina en cirugía, para que os hagáis una idea os dejo una imagen (tranquilos, no es una imagen real, una imagen de libro)

Un volvo por el contrario y como es bien sabido por todos, es un TIPO DE COCHE, de la conocidísima marca Sueca homónima, sobra un poco, pero os dejo una imagen.

Así que entenderéis como nos quedamos cuando un hombre delgadiiiisimo nos dice que tenia un volvo en el estomago, ya nos estábamos preparando a llamar a Suecia para que nos enviaran a alguien del taller para que interviniera en la cirugía, o ya puestos si había que operarlo de urgencia, estaba yo buscando el número de IKEA, que estos seguro le sacan el volvo con un tornillo numero 4 y nos lo vuelven a armar antes de que el hombre termine de despertarse.

Como me quedé con la duda acerca de su profesión, me puse a rebuscar en su historia clínica y efectivamente señoras y señores, el hombre en cuestión era....... ¡Dentista, con un doctorado!

Me recordó, tanto a Ross Geller, Sheldon Cooper, y a otros cuantos doctores que no lo son en medicina.

En fin, mis queridos amigos con doctorados: no vayáis diciendo que sois doctores en un hospital que es un contexto diferente, yo misma espero en años venideros tener un doctorado, pero me temo que eso tampoco me convertirá en Médico, espero no ofender a los dentistas, pero a pesar de ser una carrera de la rama sanitaria como por ejemplo psicología, fisioterapia, fonoaudiología, terapia ocupacional, bacteriología, al graduarnos no nos convertimos en doctores, por mucho que algunos pacientes insistan en llamarnos como tal.

Y a vosotros: ¿ también os cambian u os cambiáis vuestra profesión?

Mi viacrusis con los peregrinos

Finalizo la Jornada Mundial de la Juventud y lentamente vuelve la normalidad a Madrid y a sus alrededores, las calles están ahora un poco mas transitables el mar de peregrinos se encauza hacia terminales de autobús y aeropuertos cercanos, termino la JMJ y Alcorcón, vuelve lentamente a ser mi Alcorcon: el que conozco y amo.

No os equivoqueis yo son tan cristiana como la que más, yo misma me ofrecí como Voluntaria Sanitaria de la JMJ, y como recordareis soy voluntaria de Cruz Roja, vamos que soy de las que se apunta a un bombardeo, pero como esto se hubiera prolongado por mas días, hubiera aparecido en los telediarios bajo titulares tipo: "Vecina de Alcorcon, se suicida con cordón extraído de un gorro de peregrino" Madre de Dios que esto era para enloquecerse, os pondré en situación:

Alcorcón es una ciudad pequeña con 170.000 habitantes (según censo del año pasado) así que si nuestra ciudad con sus 33 kilometros de superficie, se ve de repente sin comerlo ni beberlo con la avalancha de 30.000 TREINTA MIL peregrinos, ¡¡¡que se dice pronto!!!! pues va a ser que somos muchos, me quería morir, solo en mi calle había hospedados 1.900 (1.300 en el Polideportivo y otros 600 en el colegio de en frente) esto SÓLO EN MI CALLE, ya a tres calles era otra cosa, que se concentran 4 colegios con sus respectivos 600 peregrinos por colegio, y las iglesias con sus no sé cuantos peregrinos; si hay algo que me gusta de mi casa es que esta bastante bien situada, ya sabéis, el Polideportivo, el Supermercado, los colegios y los restaurantes, todos están a menos de cuatro calles de distancia... pues esta semana que termino, se me vino eso mismo en mi contra, los peregrinos no dejaban andar por la ciudad, ni ir al supermercado, ni comprar un menú por si no querías cocinar, vamos no se podía hacer nada, como eran tantos y por supuesto no cabían en restaurantes y mercados, pues venga a comer en la calle y a no dejar pasar, porque chico si vas a comer en la calle, tenemos muchisimos parques, no te pongas en la mitad de la Calle Mayor, luego mucho toque de queda pero bien que a las dos o tres de la mañana seguían gritando a todo pulmón, me imagino yo, sumidos en la embriaguez de la ¿emoción?, la noche del martes cuando hubo unos 37 grados de noche, no se podía dormir con las ventanas cerradas porque la casa se convertía en un horno, pero con las ventanas abiertas... directamente no se podía dormir, vaya nochecita era un abre y cierre de ventanas, cuando las abría escuchaba los cánticos peregrinos pero también los gritos de los vecinos que con un "callaros ya" multilingüe no conseguían aplacar los ánimos de unos jóvenes muy enérgicos, demasiado enérgicos para mi gusto.

¿Me estaré haciendo mayor?, puede ser, cuando tenia que ir a trabajar agradecía bastante no estar en casa, pero oh no imaginaba ni en mis peores pesadillas lo que iba a ser atravesar Madrid para llegar a mi hospitalito, los empujones, el colapso de las lineas de Metro, las banderas gigantes que ondeaban sin control, las guitarras, los tambores, los bailes, la imposibilidad de bajarte en tu parada... no os imagináis lo que era ir en el Metro, bueno, no os lo imaginéis, ved el vídeo.

La verdad es que tengo la opinión muy dividida, porque efectivamente muy harta estaba ya de los peregrinos, día con día me hacia eco de los miles de tweets de amigos para muestra dos botones: uno de mi amigo Alberto: "Harto de la plaga de cowboy del metro de Madrid con gorros rojos, naranjas o amarillos!! Venid con vuestros caballos" y este otro de mi también amigo Julio: "En el fondo no hay diferencias entre un buen cristiano y un buen 15M", por un lado efectivamente estaba muy harta, contaba las horas para que se acabara ya, pero por otro que queréis que os diga, alegra un poco el alma ver tantos jóvenes reunidos en torno a la religión, con esto no quiero hacer eco de muchas de las noticias que veía en la tele en donde decían que por lo menos estos jóvenes no estaban de botellón (que los hubo también, que los santos existen pero son muy pocos) pero es porque no me creo eso de que los jóvenes TODOS LOS JÓVENES sean unos borrachines sin control, me imagino que como es mas fácil meterlos a todos en el mismo saco... pues que viva la generalización, pues no hijo, pues no.

Una cosa que si me molestaba y mucho, era que los peregrinos pagaran menos en el metro, ¿porque?, acaso a los otros turistas que nos vienen a visitar también les rebajan el metro, o a los parados, no señor, aquí lo mismo para todos, que si, que si, que los peregrinos se dejaron un dineral en los comercios, (Solo en Alcorcón se dejaron 3.000.000 de euros) pero y cuanto cuesta movilizar la infraestructura de un macroevento como este, un macroevento por supuesto que se paga con mis impuestos.... y con los tuyos, o cuanto cuesta movilizar:

10.000 policias nacionales, 6.000 guardias civiles, 4.000 policías locales y no sé cuantos más militares del ejercito del aire (esto sólo en seguridad), luego movilizar helicopteros, ambulancias y demás... vamos que no sé.

Y luego están los que se lo piensan lo justo: en el hospital tenemos tres peregrinos, que no me quejo por eso, todos tenemos derecho a enfermarnos en donde nos pille la enfermedad, pero hijo, si sabes que tienes una enfermedad genética de la que te tratan desde que nacise, hijo... traete la medicación, máxime cuando no es una gripe o una de estas de las que la medicación esta en cualquier hospital, si a ti te la dan gratis en tu país: ¿porque no te trajiste junto con los evangelios una mini nevera con los viales? hijo que casi te nos mueres y no estamos para muertes tan tontas; luego el otro: si tienes una enfermedad endémica, primero: no la traigas... y segundo, si la vas a traer, por lo menos no abandones el tratamiento que luego va a peor, que si hijo que Dios dijo "Ayúdate que yo te ayudare" pues eso hijo: Ayúdate, que no va a venir Dios a ponerte los antibioticos, es que a estos dos les daba yo de hostias, el otro no, el otro estaba enfermo y bien enfermo y no era su culpa, pero aun así pedía el alta voluntaria... vamos que me imagino yo que es cuestión de fe, pero morir por la fe, como que no.

Tengo que reconocer que me daba mucha pena verlos caminar el sábado hacia cuatro vientos con el calorazo que hizo, y claro con las estaciones de Metro y Renfe cerradas pues hala a caminar y a insolarse, eso si, mientras yo del otro lado de la acera en el autobús hacia Alcorcón después de una jornada de trabajo, en un trayecto que desde el Metro a mi casa lo suelo hacer en 20 minutos pues el Sábado me llevo, la friolera de hora y media, porque claro, los autobuses peregrinos aparcados a lado y lado de la carretera, los coches de la Policía Nacional que dejaban pasar el trafico a cuentagotas y por supuesto el trafico cortado, pero pena me dio también cuando empezó a llover de esa manera y a esas horas.

Otra cosa era el asunto de la basura, aunque tampoco es que se les pueda culpar, si eran tantos es obvio que ensucien tanto y que la recogida de basura de Madrid se desbordara, en eso si que tengo que reconocer que Alcorcón estaba tan limpito como siempre (por lo menos mi barrio) les plantaron varios contenedores en cada puerta de Colegio, Iglesia, Polideportivo o Universidad que ya sumados a los contenedores subterraneos mantuvieron a raya cualquier suciedad como la que se veía en Madrid.

¿Con que me quedo de la JMJ?, me quedare, con lo mejor, con el intercambio cultural, con la inyección de dinero que su haya podido recaudar gracias a los miles y miles y miles de peregrinos, con que esos peregrinos que regresan a sus países hablen tan bien de nosotros que animen a otros a venir a visitarnos (pero que no vengan todos a la vez) y así poder incrementar un poco el empleo a punta de turismo, si también me quedo con lo de la religión que aunque es un tema que me cuesta un poco tocar ya que estoy de acuerdo con la doctrina religiosa pero no con la manera en que se lleva a cabo, ni con todas las cosas que la iglesia predica, pero como buena soñadora, me quedo con lo mejor, que soy de ver el vaso medio lleno.

No quiero ni pensar como va a ser, cuando Madrid organice los Juegos Olímpicos, porque si millón y medio de peregrinos dividieron Madrid y sus alrededores, los de los Juegos Olimpicos me parece a mi que van a ser más...

Bueno, ahí os va lo que os dije en el post pasado que os contaría.

Hace cosa de tres semanas salí a cenar con mi ex, siii ese que os digo que se parece muchísimo a Jaime Perpiñá, yo al chico no le veía en persona hace cosa de tres años y tengo que reconocer que como los buenos vinos ha mejorado considerablemente con la edad, el chico en cuestión ya estaba bastante bueno cuando salíamos juntos pero por la razón que sea yo no recordaba como estaba!!! madre mía, como esta!!!

Habiendo ya dejado de salivar.... pues eso, que estamos sentados en el restaurante hablando tan tranquilos, el chico es de estos que está buenísimo pero no está encantado de conocerse así que no se toma demasiado en serio, el caso es que había una a unas 4 mesas de distancia que no paraba de mirarlo y se lo comía con la mirada, a mí es algo que me causa mucha gracia, cuando estábamos juntos ya no me hacia tanta, pero bueno, al final te vas acostumbrando y te va pareciendo graciosillo, pasan los dos primeros platos y la chica en cuestión que estaba cenando con otro chico, se acerca a nuestra mesa y sin ningún tipo de decoro va directa a él y cual golfilla de telenovela barata, saca una tarjeta del escote mientras le suelta:

- Toma, por si quieres probar nuevos aires.

Me he quedado a cuadros... y como yo soy de las que primero habla y luego piensa le suelto un sonoro.

- ¡Pero seras zorra!, ¿no lo ves acompañado?

Y va y me suelta:

- Ya, pero para cuando no quiera estar tan acompañado.

Mi amigo que es un caballero le regresa la tarjeta y le dice:

- Muchas gracias pero como puedes ver a mi mujer eso no le hace ni puñetera gracia.

Así que la chica gira y se va.

Mira yo no se, o es que yo no tengo el autoestima tan alta, o que hace mucho tiempo que no era soltera y las cosas han cambiado tanto en estos años que no he estado en circulación, o no sé que, pero a mí no se me pasaría por la cabeza ir dando mi teléfono a chicos que evidentemente están con otra chica y que para el colmo ni siquiera me lo han pedido, ya no sé si yo soy mojigata o la chica efectivamente era una golfa del tres al cuarto, y como prefiero que sea ella y no yo, pues ahí se queda con su titulo de zorra, yo mientras me iré a buscar alguna jaula, o que por lo menos la Shakira deje espacio en la suya que si, que si, a otros el vídeo les parecerá sensual a mi por supuesto me parece una horterada como una casa.

No os equivoquéis yo también tengo un poco de licantropía, pero la tengo muy controlada.

Con tanto y tanto canal que hay en la tele de pago, resulta que me veo sumida en la TDT por la que no pago nada, el caso es que entre las repeticiones de Sexo en Nueva York (al que yo llamaré para siempre Sex and the City) que pasan por divinity y por Cosmopolitan, y entre las de Friends que pasan en Antena3, Paramount Comedy y el Warner Channel creo que me he vuelto a ver todas las temporadas unas 14 veces, claro dirá el lector, teniendo más de 200 canales bien podría coger el mando y cambiar, pues no, si están dando Sex and the City, Friends o Gilmore Girls soy incapaz siquiera de plantearme cambiar de canal.

Adelgazando poquito a poco...

Hace algunos días tuve una reunión de chicas que duró un finde entero, vamos, una reunión de chicas como las otras, entre bares, smooties y sorbetes iban y venían cotilleos varios que habíamos estado guardando durante meses, ya que ninguna de nosotras vivimos en la misma ciudad y nos reunimos con suerte, una vez al año, mi nueva condición de soltera que vive sola, abría la posibilidad de convertir la tarde de cotilleos en pijamada de cotilleos y eso se sobreentiende: fue lo que hicimos, así que estaban las chicas en casa cuando sale una del cuarto de baño y me pregunta por la imagen de la foto, os contare:

Hace unos meses cuando decidí que éste era el año que me iba a poner seria con la dieta y el ejercicio pensé que lo mejor era hacerme un seguimiento gráfico para no olvidar la meta, así que me armé de hojas milimetradas y con mi nulo pulso (irónico para un trabajador de la salud, pero eso es otra historia) me trace un eje de abscisas y uno de ordenadas para ir poniendo semanalmente el peso: fuese el que fuese, y así lo hice, la primera de las gráficas me costo lo mio terminarla, así que inicie una nueva, (la de la foto es la segunda) ahora voy por la tercera... 17 kilazos me he quitado de encima, hay días que me lo creo y hay muchismos que no, por supuesto todavía me quedan bastantes, y es porque me sobran bastantes, pero he pasado de estar gooorda a sólo estar gorda, porque yo no soy de medias tintas, yo nunca me he referido a mi misma como gordita, uno esta gordo con todas las letras que endulzar la palabra no quita kilos, lo único que quita kilos es ponerse pero en serio, tengo una amiga que constantemente esta repitiendo que la única comida que no engorda es la que se queda en el plato... cuanta razón tiene.

¿Que he estado haciendo?:

Lunes a viernes 6:30am a 7:15 am salgo a correr con un vecino, el que David esté más bueno que el pan es sólo una feliz coincidencia, pero como está casado: paso sin ver, se está preparando las oposiciones a bombero y yo creo que el coge los kilos que yo voy dejando porque mientras yo me minimizo este chico coge y coge músculo y cada día esta más cachas y si cabe decir... más bueno, nos conocimos de tanto coincidir por las calles de mi barrio y de saludarnos con una inclinación de cabeza y una sonrisita sosegada, un día decidimos coincidir adrede y quieras que no, muchas veces me da pereza levantarme para correr, pero me puede la vergüenza de pensar darle plantón al chico así que me armo de valor y salgo, sólo me libro los días que hago guardia en el hospital, o los días que voy de mañana, pero si voy de mañana solemos salir de noche... a veces.

También de lunes a viernes: 8:00 am a 9:30 am piscinita, hago unos 50 o 75 largos, según como este el día, como este de llena la piscina, que a esa hora suele ser poco, y según la música que lleve en el mp3, suelo poner música mas bien cañera, para que me motive a nadar mas rápido, honestamente nado bastante despacio, pero: ¡es lo que hay! algún dia cogeré velocidad, pero mientras cojo fuerza, luego dos veces por semana me paso 15 minutillos por el sauna, que todo suma.

Ya en casa a las diez de la mañana, duchada, desayunada y ejercitada, me pongo a limpiar la casa y porque no decirlo, a hacer un poco el vago, antes de irme para currolandya, salgo de casa unos minutos antes y me bajo dos paradas de metro atrás para irme caminando el resto del camino, y suelo subir (si no voy taconeando) las siete plantas de mi hospital por las escaleras para llegar al ¿vestuario?: léase, cuarto de baño donde dejo mi ropa, porque en tantos años en el hospital sigo sin tener taquilla (eso también, es otra historia); y luego a trabajar, que para eso me pagan.

Al regresar a casa por la noche, de lunes a jueves, hago entre media y una hora de yoga mientras veo la tele, el yoga es de bajo impacto y es bastante entretenido la verdad, además maximizo el tiempo de ver la tele, porque con la de anuncios que pasan entre una y otra, madre mía que te da tiempo de correr una maratón y encontrarte el letrerito de 2 minutos y volvemos; eso si, si es viernes o finde, me tiro a la pista de baile, ejem, muevo la mesa de centro y me doy unos pasos de just dance 2, yo ahí sola como una loca, a veces me imagino que podrán pensar de mi mis vecinos si me vieran por un agujerito dándolo todo a la wii y me doy mucha risa, la cosa es más o menos así:

Otros de los juegos de la wii que salen al ruedo constantemente son y en su orden:

EA Sport active 2 que me hace sudar la gota gorda... pero como odio a veces al entrenador y como me enfado cuando los muñequitos me ganan corriendo, la verdad es que me he vuelto muy competitiva y luego como tiene grupo de entrenamiento on line, veo los avances de mis compañeros y trato de ganarles siempre, aunque hay uno que otro que en veranito le están dando mucha caña y están casi que me alcanzan.... ummm no lo lograran, que yo compre el juego el día que salio al mercado, les llevo meses de ventaja jajaja, pero la verdad es que como a mis compis del EA les aparece en su consola si me salte o no el entrenamiento, me da corte y no me lo salto jamas, mira que para algo tiene que servir tanta tecnología para frikys como yo, un vídeo del EA Sport

Your Shape, que tampoco es que sea el mejor de todos pero ahí lo uso bastante seguido, lo interesante que tiene es que lleva una cámara web y puedes ver en la pantalla tus propios movimientos, y te corrige la entrenadora en el momento, la tonta ésta (la entrenadora) a esta si que la tiraba yo por la ventana, empieza a decirme, "mueve los brazos" y yo que parezco naufrago en alta mar, de mover y mover los brazos y la tía venga a decirme que mueva los brazos, la cámara web que no me ve, o empieza "no estas moviendo las piernas" y mientras yo dejándome la piel para que la tonta me diga que no ve nada... es que como me entere en donde vive el programador del juego... se va a enterar, aun así, lo uso bastante.

Ten minutes solution, tiene un entrenador con mala leche que me machaca todo lo que quiere, pero yo ahí, fiel me pongo los días que no tengo tiempo (o ganas) de ponerme una o dos horas, así que en diez minutos salgo machacadita, se puede escoger al entrenador en plan benevolente o en plan mala leche yo escogí la opción mala leche así que ahora no me puedo quejar, como dirían en Colombia: a llorar al mono de la pila

Wii fit plus: me encanta, mira que es básico pero me encanta, lo voy dando todo con los movimientos de cintura y con el skate, este si que lo uso todos los días, así sea solo media horita porque además ahí también llevo el control del peso en gráfica ... ahora que lo veo este parece un post promocional de nintendo, ¡ja!

La verdad es que no tengo ningún juego que no sea de hacer ejercicio, yo que era una negada para las consolas ahora la uso a diario y me ha ayudado bastante, aun así voy al gimnasio a diario por un lado porque no tengo piscina cubierta en casa, de verano si, pero yo quiero una en donde vayas a nadar, bueno, ya me entendéis.

Una cosa que me da muchisima vergüenza admitir es que nunca he ido a ninguna clase colectiva de mi gimnasio, y mira que hay para aburrir, el susodicho gimnasio tiene 3 plantas en las que por faltar no les falta de nada, pero yo voy solo a la piscina y al sauna, porque y aunque me da corte lo admitiré: no quiero ser la más gorda de la clase, lo peor: no lo soy. Me da mucha vergüenza ir enseñando mi carnerio y ser de esas descoordinadas (que tristemente, tampoco lo soy) o que se yo, cuando vas a las salas de musculación me da la sensación que todos son super cachas y todas las tías van divinasdelamuerte, no comprendo porque se ponen tanto maquillaje y van tan repeinadas su van al gimnasio, hombre tampoco es ir en plan machorra pero tampoco directa de la pasarela, en la piscinita voy tan tranquila, o cuando corro por la calle también, mira que es tontería porque bien podria correr en las cintas del gimnasio, pero yo prefiero correr frente a desconocidos muy desconocidos que frente a desconocidos con los que puedo volver a coinicidir, siii ya lo se, no me lo tenéis que decir, una tontería como una casa, pero una es así, luego va de segura por la vida y esta llena de inseguridades; el otro día en la piscina conocí (léase: salude) a un italiano que suele coincidir bastante conmigo en la piscina y me preguntaba que porque yo no iba al resto del gimnasio.... la respuesta: no lo se, pero me lo planteare, si me decido os lo cuento los primeros.

Ah sabéis que ahora creo que se me ha desactivado el chip que te avisa que te están tirando los tejos... madre mía que me entero dos telediarios después: me invitan a copas y creo que es porque la gente es maja, o se ponen a hablar conmigo durante todo el trayecto en el metro y yo ni por enterada, o como el italiano del gimnasio todos los días me dice de ir a desayunar y yo hasta hace poco me di cuenta que podía ser que estuviera interesado, y por eso sabia que yo no iba más que a la piscina, ¿será que se me estropeo el comando "tía buena" de nunca usarlo?,

La verdad es que ahora me encuentro bastante mejor conmigo misma, no sabéis la ilusión que me hizo cuando a principios de verano tuve que ir a por un pantalón y el dependiente del H&M que siempre suele ser super majo y super comprensivo me grita con toda su pluma: aleeejate de aquí, que tu ya no estas para llevar una talla grande, vamos, vamos y mientras me sacaba de la mini sección de vestidos para fantasmas me decía que me veia fenomenal (he comprado en la misma tienda y me ha atendido el mismo dependiente los últimos 4 o 5 años, así que el chico si que me conoce) pues eso, que he bajado 4 tallazas, en centimetros no parece mucho o si, no lo se, pero en tallas me parece de una vida a la otra, ayer como no encontraba una camiseta di vuelta a mi habitación y me encontré con el cajón de la ropa de "algún día me entrara" que creo tenemos todas... eeese, ese mismo en donde está el pantalón divino que compramos y que nunca y remarco NUNCA nos ha quedado bien, pero que lo compramos porque como nos iba a quedar bueno en un par de meses.... pues eso, que tenia un pantalón que compre en el 2007 (etiqueta en mano) y ayer me entro, solo le llevo 4 años, pero ayer me entro, reconocedlo ahora mismo: vosotras también tenéis un cajón de estos, me niego a pensar que soy la única.

De dieta, paso de hacer tonterías y dietas de moda, que yo cogí los kilos en años y no me va a llevar 15 días bajarlos, así que despacio y con buena letra, me he reconciliado con el wok, la plancha y la comida sana, además, ahora que no tengo compañeros de piso las comidas llenas de calorías y de guarrerias brillan por su ausencia, eso si y para no volverme loca me permito una comida calorica a la semana, no lo negare, toda la semana estoy pensando en que comerme el finde de comida calorica, es una sola comida no el finde entero pecando, pienso yo y mi endocrino esta de acuerdo que no se puede estar en dieta perpetua y negandote a toda la comida porque entonces llegara el día en que te comas algo calorico super calorico (y super bueno) y abras la caja de pandora, no me parece que merezca la pena, me permito un capricho semanal, lo saboreo muy bien y hala a seguir con otra cosa, la semana pasada cayo medio chuleton y tan pancha que me quede, los pecadillos culinarios los suelo cometer siempre con el mismo cómplice que se emociona con lo de la comida calorica, me llama casi todos los viernes emocionado para preguntarme que caerá esta semana, y cuando no me puede acompañar me envía fotos de comida que podría comer para darme ánimos, la verdad es que me lo paso pipa, pero me he dado cuenta con el correr de los meses que mucha planeación a la comida calorica de la semana y cada vez me apetece comida mas sana, cambio de mentalidad que le llaman.

Bueno, bueno que os dejo que este post se esta haciendo larguisimo, se que es veranito y todo y que los blogs van muy lentos de actualizaciones, pero seguro que teneis piscinitas, playas y fiestas a las que asistir y no quiero que digáis luego que no vais por mi culpa..

Por fin ha venido el veranito, aunque estos últimos días quieran hacernos creer otra cosa, han reabierto las terracitas y ya no hay quien camine en la noche por las zonas de bares y restaurantes pasadas las dos de la mañana sin encontrarnos a pequeñacos que debían estar dormidos hace horas, pero que siguen dando guerra mientras sus padres se beben la clarita con limón que tienen tan pero taaan ganada.

Ha venido el veranito y con él las prisas por adelgazar para entrar en bikinis de infarto, por mejorar los agrietados talones de los que nos habíamos olvidado hace meses, reaparecen las faldas y los pantalones cortos, las sandalias y las camisetas sin mangas, los turistas veraniegos y por supuesto... el catarro veraniego gracias a pasar de unos 35 grados en la calle a unos 19 en el cine, metro, autobuses o centro comercial, llega el veranito y con él los horarios reducidos, los trenes en teoría mas vacíos pero que como pasan con menos frecuencia da exactamente lo mismo, vuelve el veranito las tardes en la piscina y los findes a la playa, pero sobretodo viene el veranito y con él cada hospital cierra una planta para hacer mejoras (léase: para pintar algunas paredes mientras el personal se coge vacaciones y así ahorrar en suplencias de verano), el mío no es la excepción así que tenemos una planta cerrada, la mía no por supuesto, la UCI jamás cerrará, pero a causa de tener una sin pacientes y el incipiente verano hemos visto rotar personal de otras plantas y claro, hemos visto disminuir los pacientes jóvenes que curiosamente mejoran de julio a septiembre mientras otro colectivo: el de personas mayores "más curiosamente aún" empeoran justo en verano y ese mismo catarro que sus hijos habían estado ignorando durante meses ahora si les parece super importante y salen frases tipo: "pero doctor esta seguro que se le puede tratar en casa, porque yo para esas cosas... pensando en mi ____ (rellenese con el tipo de familiar que aplique) lo que sea, como si se tiene que quedar ingresado" al final se los ingresa y el familiar de turno no aparece ni a la de tres y vuelve a la semana con un bronceado "divino". En verano los hospitales se convierten en las guarderías de los olvidados, pero en fin...

Con esto de las ausencias por verano, todo hospital esta un poco justo de personal y el mio no iba a ser menos... pero como el que no se conforma es porque no quiere, pasaré a enseñaros una serie de fotografías que han ido saliendo mientras el verano sigue su curso:

Esta es de una tarde en la unidad de recuperación post-quirurgica, en las habitaciones los pacientes recién operados... y en el control yo, con una vía puesta que llevaba un migrañon de tres pares... lo que demuestra que todos podemos ser pacientes.

Luego está la del día que el secretario de Sanidad tuvo a bien hacer un simulacro de fiebre endémica y movilizar un montón de personal de un montón de servicios (Samur, Agentes de policía, Agentes de aeronáutica porque el paciente cero supuestamente se detectaba en el aeropuerto, contratar una actriz que hiciera de paciente, utilizar un hangar y llenar un avión de personas y personal de vuelo para hacer el paripé, y claro por supuesto movilizar toda la infraestructura para el traslado aislado desde el aeropuerto ida y regreso eso sin sumar lo que ya costará movilizar a observadores del Ministerio de Sanidad y a su séquito), callo y otorgo que va a ser mejor, pero como nota diré que el protocolo de la Fiebre Endémica, es el mismo de la Gripe A, que se hizo el año pasado y que a su vez es el mismo de todas las enfermedades altamente infecciosas que tenemos super controlado en un hospital que como el mio, se especializa en enfermedades infecciosas, vamos que a mi me pareció un desperdicio de dinero público, pero como a mi no me preguntaron pues a enfundarme en el trajecito que acalora lo suyo y por supuesto: cuesta lo suyo y es, claro que si: desechable, yo de tacaña poco, si es por un paciente utilizare todo el material que éste requiera y si hay que tirar trajes que cuestan un dineral para evitar nuevos contagios pues se tiran como churros, pero tirar dinero por tirar dinero va a ser que no estoy de acuerdo. Ahí os dejo la foto... no lo negare ni seré hipócrita, sude como un pollo y seguro baje uno o dos kilos, pero me divertí mucho luego haciéndome fotos.

Y que hace el personal de una UCI cuando los pacientes están controlados y vemos que del otro lado del edificio hace una tarde maravillosa, cuando escuchamos como retumban los altavoces de los vecinos de barrio que tienen piscina en su edificio y se la pasan pipa.... pues eso, intentar darnos un poco de color en estas blanquipiernas que tenemos casi todos... tranquilos, tranquilos, ya cogeremos vacaciones y por lo menos a mi, me tendrán que quitar de la playita con espátula.

Nuestros uniformes, me di cuenta hace un par de meses están fabricados por el Corte Ingles... El Señor Corte Ingles tiene que estar forradísimo, hace de todo!!! el caso es que muchos de nosotros como os cuento aquí no tenemos uniformes propios y nos los van dando de prestado conforme los vamos necesitando, los echamos a lavar y cuando necesitamos uno rezamos un Rosario y nos acercamos a la lavandería para ver si el Dios de los uniformes se apiada de nosotros y nos dan uno que corresponda a nuestra talla, así que muchos terminamos medio marcando los que nos quedan bien para luego identificarlos más fácil, yo a los míos les pongo una carita feliz junto a la etiqueta, pero como podéis ver, hay otros que prefieren notas mas... autoensalzantes si me permiten la palabra, evidentemente éste seguro es un hombre...

Otra cosa que pasa mucho con el veranito es que a causa de llevar sandalias, zapatos de tiras o chanclas playeras nos olvidamos mil y un veces los calcetines en casa, a mi cuando me pasa llevo unas tardes horribles porque si con los suecos se te cuecen los pies no os podéis imaginar como lo paso yo que a causa de una lesión plantar tengo que llevar zapatillas de deporte (verdes que molan más)... aquí la última moda veraniega: el calcetingorro, también tenemos la versión femenina la calzacalcetin, este como podéis ver es un caletingorro, ¡fashion total!.

¿Que pasa también con el veranito?: efectivamente, que los pies sudan en exceso... no se preocupe señora, le tenemos la solución de la mano de ambital el ambientador para los que no tienen coche y van en el coche de Fernando (Unos ratos a pie y otros caminando) tenga en sus suecos el frescor de la fresa... llevo casi un año en la UCI y sigo sin saber de quien son estos zapatos, en cuanto lo descubra, os lo cuento.

By private, we mean religion as a voluntary activity that is the result of choices made by individuals in their everyday lives. This contrasts to religious pracy tices in the public sphere that are shaped by state legislation or by involuntary interactions with others. The focus of sociologists of religion on the private, voluntary realm means that the theoretical insights offered by the discipline are deemed irrelevant by secular Jewish Isreali social scientists, who tent to conceptualize religion as a state driven and/or public phenomenon.

A series of research studies -- known as the J PSYCH program - at Bowling Green State University in Ohio reveals that traditional religious beliefs and practices are protective against anxiety and depression among Jews.

Spearheaded by David H. Rosmarin and Kenneth Pargament in Bowling Green's psychology department, the studies are amongst the first to examine the impact of Judaism on psychological health. Most research in this area has been conducted with Christians," says Rosmarin, and some has been conducted with Muslims and Hindus as well, "but now we have strong evidence to suggest that religiousness is correlated with lower levels of stress in the Jewish community."

Rosmarin and Paragment's research indicates that frequency of prayer, synagogue attendance, and religious study, and positive beliefs about the Divine are associated with markedly decreased levels of anxiety and with higher levels of happiness.
